SIGNED ARTISTS AND LABELS (including "major" labels or labels owned/distributed by Sony, UMG, and WMG) using yeoscore online sample packs and/or beats must be separately cleared through Geoffrey Toussaint directly, and Geoffrey Toussaint reserves the right to (1) Require a royalty and/or publishing interest in record label music release in exchange for granting sample clearance and (2) choose not to clear samples if a royalty/publishing agreement is not reached mutually between the artist/label and Geoffrey Toussaint. In this case, neither the artist, the inquirer, nor the record label may use the sample pack and/or beat, thus terminating the applicable license.
